Shipping policy

At Microtechlabz (www.mzcart.in), we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders confirmed and paid before 4:00 PM IST are generally shipped on the same business day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after this time may be dispatched on the next working day. Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays.

In certain situations, including public holidays, strikes, transportation disruptions, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, shipment pickup and delivery may be delayed.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address. Customers may be able to select their preferred courier service where available.

Estimated Delivery Time
•    Kerala: 1–4 working days
•    Other locations in India: 3–15 working days depending on destination and courier service
•    Major metropolitan cities: typically 3–7 working days through air shipment

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on the courier company's operations. Microtechlabz shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

All shipments will include a valid tax invoice in compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened before delivery, please refuse acceptance and contact us immediately.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched from our facility. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If an item becomes unavailable after order confirmation due to inventory shortages, supplier issues, shipping restrictions, or other operational reasons, Microtechlabz reserves the right to cancel the order either fully or partially. In such cases, the amount paid for the unavailable item(s) will be refunded through the original payment method.
Products supplied according to customer-specific requirements, including cut-to-length wires, customized assemblies, special-order items, and products supplied from bulk reels after cutting, are not eligible for cancellation.
