Return & Refund Policy
Due to the technical and electronic nature of many products sold by Microtechlabz (www.mzcart.in), return requests must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only for:
- Products received in damaged condition
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect products supplied
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling
- Products returned without original packaging and accessories
- Products showing signs of physical damage after delivery
- Products returned beyond the permitted return period

Please include your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Our technical support team may request photographs, videos, or additional information for evaluation.
If the return request is approved, the product must be shipped back in its original packaging along with all supplied accessories, manuals, and components.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed through UPI, NEFT, bank transfer, or the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 working days after approval.
Shipping charges, courier charges, and handling fees are non-refundable.
Replacement Policy
Replacement requests are considered only after technical verification and approval by our support team.
A replacement product will be dispatched after:
- The defective product has been received by us.
- Inspection confirms the reported fault.
- The product is returned complete with its original accessories and packaging.
Microtechlabz reserves the right to reject replacement requests if:
- The product has been physically damaged due to customer handling.
- The product has been altered, repaired, or modified by unauthorized persons.
- The product is returned without original packaging or accessories.
- The return request is submitted after the permitted return period.
